It is a requirement of my professional college that privacy and confidentiality be honoured. This means that I cannot share information about you with anyone without your written consent. The only exception to this policy is situations of imminent danger to you or to someone else. Files are stored securely in my office. Eight years following the termination of treatment, files are shredded by an onsite shredding facility.
